- If you would like to cancel after your current subscription ends (AKA make sure it does not renew): Whether your subscription will automatically renew was a setting you chose at checkout. To check on this, go to https://cowboy-cricket-candle-co.cratejoy.com/customer/login and login. Your subscription(s) will be listed down the left hand side, including a note on each that says Type -- here it will either say “Will Renew” or “Will Not Renew.” To change this, please reach out to us via support@cowboyandcricket.com. Please make sure to include the REFERENCE NUMBER for the order in your email.
- If you would like to cancel and receive a refund: We’re sorry you’re not happy with your box! Please email support@cowboyandcricket.com to cancel and receive a refund. Please make sure to include the REFERENCE NUMBER for the order in your email.
NOTE: We are only able to refund you for the cost of unshipped goods unless this is your first box, in which case we can offer you a full refund. For example, if you signed up for 12 month pre-pay: if you cancel before your second box is shipped, we can give you a full refund. If you cancel any time after that, you will be refunded proportionate to the cost of unshipped goods.
