Unfortunately, after the carrier takes custody of a package, we are able to access just as much information about tracking as you are.
More often than we would like, packages can get stuck in transit. This happens even more frequently if the package is leaving the United States, as it often must go through customs processes.
Since we have no control over these factors, our refund policy for "stuck in transit" orders is the following:
For domestic orders: If the package has remained in one place for 14 days with no updates, reach out to us at support@cowboyandcricket.com for a refund. Please include your order number.
For international orders: If the package has remained in one place for 60 days with no updates, reach out to us at support@cowboyandcricket.com for a refund. Please include your order number.
