Here are some Frequently Asked Questions about our subscription service for your easy future reference.
If you’d like to forward this to your gift recipient, you can. (We will not be reaching out to them separately so you can keep your surprises secret!)
All boxes ship during the first week of the next month. That means if you ordered your subscription on January 3, January 14, or January 30th, the first box will ship between February 1-7.
If you are giving this as a gift to someone and want them to know what’s coming in the mail, feel free to visit our Gift Messages page and printout or save whichever one suits you best!
The easiest and fastest way to make changes to your subscription is to login and edit your subscription on our site. Only the purchaser will be able to do this, not a gift recipient. If you do not see how to change something and wish to reach out, we’re here for you at support@cowboyandcricket.com. Please make sure to include the ORDER NUMBER for the order in your email.
This was a setting chosen at checkout. If you can't remember what you chose, you can login and view/manage your subscriptions. Your subscription(s) will be listed down the left hand side, including a note on each that says Type — here it will either say “Will Renew” or “Will Not Renew.” If you'd like to change the setting, please reach out to us via support@cowboyandcricket.com. Please make sure to include the ORDER NUMBER for the order in your email.
Each month on the first, either the purchaser or the gift recipient (if applicable) will receive an email with a link to a Google Form. The email will come from support@cowboyandcricket.com. The form will ask you for the name on the mailing label and your email address, and then you’ll see a list of all the options available that month!
If we do not receive a response within 48 hours the subscriber will receive either the Signature Line scent of the month, or the New Scent of the Month.
- If you would like to cancel after your current subscription ends (AKA make sure it does not renew): Whether your subscription will automatically renew was a setting you chose at checkout. To check on this, go to https://cowboy-cricket-candle-co.cratejoy.com/customer/login and login. Your subscription(s) will be listed down the left hand side, including a note on each that says Type -- here it will either say “Will Renew” or “Will Not Renew.” To change this, please reach out to us via support@cowboyandcricket.com. Please make sure to include the REFERENCE NUMBER for the order in your email.
- If you would like to cancel and receive a refund: We’re sorry you’re not happy with your box! Please email support@cowboyandcricket.com to cancel and receive a refund. Please make sure to include the REFERENCE NUMBER for the order in your email.
NOTE: We are only able to refund you for the cost of unshipped goods unless this is your first box, in which case we can offer you a full refund. For example, if you signed up for 12 month pre-pay: if you cancel before your second box is shipped, we can give you a full refund. If you cancel any time after that, you will be refunded proportionate to the cost of unshipped goods.
